Picture this… your high school marching band has just been selected to march in the Rose Bowl Parade. Now that the euphoria has worn off, you wonder how you are going to get 250 band members to Pasadena complete with instruments, uniforms, equipment and personal luggage, and once they arrive, where do they stay? Not only have we provided travel management for bands to the Rose Bowl Parade but to the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade as well as several festivals in Europe. We handle all the details, including: Pre-competition site inspections, air reservations (chartered or scheduled), lodging, ground transportation including shipping the instruments and uniforms, optional activities and qualified escorts…JUST TO NAME A FEW!

If we can manage a band of 250-350 members plus their friends and families, imagine what an awesome job we can do for smaller groups like bus tours through a national park or a Booster Charter to a National Championship Game.
